This is to certify that Ora Lee Anderson, 989 Rondo, St. Paul purchased a 1952 Chevy Coupe 4F1028.
The automobile covered by this warranty is guaranteed by the dealer for the exclusive benefit of the purchaser for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever occurs first. This guarantee means that the dealer will make any repairs deemed necessary by the buyer in the dealer's shop, the buyer to be allowed a 10% discount on labor and 25% discount on parts from the dealer's regularly established price, except where such repairs have become necessary by abuse, negligence, or collision, the owner to pay the remaining balance in cash at the time the work is completed.
Title to this car is guaranteed to be free and clear of all prior liens and encumbrances.
No guarantee is made in respect to mileage, tires and tubes, glass, electrical equipment, batteries, speedometers, or trade accessories.
The obligation of the dealer issuing this policy is expressly limited to replacements or repairs at his place of business and does not include bills contracted elsewhere.
This guarantee is our Standard Used Car Guarantee and no person is authorized to assume any other liability or obligation against the dealer in connection with the sale of this vehicle.
This guarantee is not transferable and must be presented when asking for adjustments and is not valid unless signed by the dealer or an official of this company.
